I am seeking a proficient financial data analyst who has an exceptional understanding of Excel. My project centers around:
- The analysis of financial data - Specifically catering to company financial statements. Therefore, the potential freelancer should have both a solid understanding of financial markets and a strong ability to dissect and interpret financial statements.
- Working with Excel spreadsheets - The data to be analyzed is in the form of Excel spreadsheets. Thus, the freelancer must be proficient in Excel and its functions including but not limited to; pivot tables, lookup functions, logic functions, data visualization, etc.
Ideal Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of financial data analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with Excel and familiarity with its data analysis-related functions
- Prior experience working with company financial statements would be a plus
The end goal is to gain valuable insights from the company financial statement data and help make better financial decisions. Therefore, the freelancer should be able to communicate their findings clearly, preferably in the form of an Excel report.
