Financial Budget file with auto-calculation (CapEX, OpeX, Reveue ..etc)

I am looking for a freelancer to create a financial budget file with auto-calculation capabilities for my new enterprise. The complexity level of the financial model should be advanced, and it should cover a period of 1-3 years of financial data.
Skills and experience required:
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Ability to create complex formulas and functions for auto-calculation
- Understanding of business financials and forecasting
