Financial Analysis Dashboard in Excel

I will need approximately 12-15 columns on top and then will have about 30 line items on left. I own a properties company. So there are about 30 properties. I will enter in the actual data. I just need someone to build template and dashboard for me.

I need a comprehensive Excel dashboard for financial analysis. The main purpose of this dashboard is to analyze key financial metrics:

- Revenue and Expenses
- Profit Margins
- Cash Flow

Data visualizations required include:

- Bar Charts
- Pie Charts
- Line Graphs
