Specific financial calculations and functions needed in the spreadsheet:

- Amortization Schedule

How is the scheme to be funded as the revised financials balance sheet refers to equity of £600k and a loan of £294k but the financial assumptions tab refers to a loan of £600k and grant of £300k?

The initial loan is £300k and it looks like is amortises at £3,195 per month which reduces the balance and of course reduces the cashflow.
If now repayments are going to be made, some adjustments need making, but row 10 on the balance sheet tab refers to “Amortization Schedule_org” which I can’t find and also doesn’t look like it’s hidden.
I think it looks right to be honest, but if no loan repayments are falling due immediately, that needs amending, but I can’t see how it can be given the tabs which are visible.
