Filter out the products from CSV

I have product feed from the supplier product feed is under a URL in the CSV format.
Product feed price and stock updates every hour.
The catalogue is large, and I want to be able to choose the right products at any time for me to sell on Amazon by adding matching SKUs from CSV 1 to CSV 2.
I guess I need 3 separate files to be interconnected
1st file is the CSV feed which updates every hour from the supplier connected to my 2nd CSV which has my chosen product SKUs with quantity and price connected to the 3rd
3rd file is the amazon inventory and price update CSV provided by amazon.
What I need is that the 1st CSV to map my 2nd CVS chosen SKUs by me, the SKUS I enter to the 2nd CSV may change every day, and I may add or delete them. When the SKUs are recognised then it should take the data from the 1st sheet and update it with quantity and price every 60 minutes.
Then all that data with SKUS, Quantity and price needs to go to Amazon CSV mapped fields.
Then amazon CSV file needs to be automatically uploaded to the amazon "upload your spreadsheet section" every 60 minutes to update the listings on amazon.
