Files content management

This tool needs to be developed on AWS or Azure. We have approx 80+ Excel and csv files for which we need to manage content (names, email IDs, other data) and keep track of version control. To have sanctity of data, we need to have a user interface to manage changes. e.g. Referring to attached diagram, field-1 in which user will type content which need to change and field-2 its replacement. Once this change is triggered wherever the field-1 content sits in 70+ files, it needs to be changed to content of field-2. When the changes are done then software should be capable of identifying the files which have been changed and give a download of only those files which have been changed for content. Audit log will be maintained for who changed what content and which files were downloaded with each change.
