https://www.coduripostale.ro on the right side you under Căutare după cod poștal you post the zipcode example 907085 and you will find:

Judeţul Constanta
Localitatea Corbu
so in file you add following
Zipcode = 907085
City =CORBU
Municipality = CORBU
County = CONSTANTA

so all in capital letters

I have a xlxs file with following columns:
Id, Zipcode, City, Municipality, County

so all data should be in that file updated
