Faster calculation formula in excel 2019

I need formula which can do faster calculation in excel with 10000 row. When the formula reaches s certain amount (e.g. 1234567,89) when adding numbers in one column, then it must write TRUE in the adjacent field. Otherwise FALSE. After that, continue calculate next field but starting from adding numbers from the beginning and again when reaches a certain amount (e.g. 1234567,89) again write TRUE. And so on until the end of the table.
