Fast Excel-Google Sheets Data Exchange in VBA

I'm urgently in need of a solution that seamlessly transfers both textual and numerical data between Excel and Google Sheets. USING VBA MACRO.
The task is twofold; the system should:
- Write Data: Enable the writing of data from Excel to Google Sheets
- Read Data: Facilitate the reading of data from Google Sheets to Excel
The perfect candidate for this task would have extensive experience with both Excel and Google Sheets functionality.
