Farm Fuel Tracking

We keep track of fuel usage on our farm by entering amounts used by hand each time a piece of equipment is fueled up. I had someone helping me in the past with the spreadsheet, but he had to move due to a new job. Would like someone to help set spreadsheets up for data entry and help make sure numbers are correct. I will attach previous spreadsheets. Thanks.
