Facebook data insights over graph

I am looking to gain insights into my Facebook data for a project. Specifically, I am interested in demographics of my audience in relation to the past one year. I would like to see the data presented in a visual format such as graphs and/or charts - Like Country Map (Heat Map) in Tableau. A report containing this information would also be acceptable.

Input Data: Excel format - which needs to be cleaned and transforms so that the Visualization Tool can use the data to map on graph
