FNQTC TIMESHEETS -- 2

Hi i am looking for a spreadsheet that i can make for my company. I need names days and then hours worked and totals. I need start and finish times so that its a double check that correct times ect are on timesheet and there 30 min breaks are deducted correctly. I also need times split. So first 8 hours are a standared rate, 8-10 hours are at 1.5 hours and 10+ hours is x 2. So then i want totals at end so i can see in the week they have done x amount of Normal time hours X amount time and a half. I have attached a basic time sheet schedule but its very basic and not allow me to add times for day ect.
