FME - Manipulate Multiple Excel files with .shp Output

Hello, I require assistance with FME, but also open to other options such as Python.
Goal: Merge multiple excel files (1 worksheet per, same schema), manipulate some attributes and have an output as .shp file and .csv.
What is involved: Excel Dataset have merged cells, create a new Attribute and populate with a cell within the Dataset, some cells need to be populated with cell information directly above.
