FInd a pattern between a data set it has around 14000 Uniquie numbers

The task is to find pattern between numbers which is given from attached file, the data has around 14000 unique set of values which is generated in each instance , if you are able to find any pattern which is repeating any kind of pattern will be great use,
For each pattern you find i can pay on behalf of how much time the pattern is repeated and how accurate it is
The pattern can have some tolerance and can fail in between also but not so much
i can give you few example patterns
If exactly the 1.0 outcome comes the very 3rd output after that will be at least 2.0 in most case the higher is not an issue at least 2.0 is the matter
if continous 5 outcome is less than 2.0 the 6 th outcome data will be atleast 2
if an outcome is more than 500 the very next outcome will be at least 2
these are some example patterns there are many hidden patterns which you can discover i would pay at least 100$ for valid pattern
A valid pattern should be like the predicted out come should be at least 2 or more
