FIND EXACT CORRELATION/PROBABILTY OR EXACT RELATION BETWEEN HISTORICAL EVENT AND UPCOMING EVENT

I have a excel worksheet with data. Everything is prepared. The only thing what you have to do is to find out what the perfect relation is between two lines in Excel from the sheet which i will send you.
One Example of the sheet:
The first line is the upcoming event with many numbers (Odds). All other lines under the upcoming event are historical events with many numbers (Odds). Sometimes there are 5 historical events, sometimes 25, its differently. It doesnt matter how much, the main thing and thats the key is that you find out this historical line which is the most probable to the upcoming event or not only most probable, exactly would be the best. I have 39 examples in the sheet to make it easier for you.
So i need an expert in statistic analysis, math, data mining, excel, evaluation, ect. or in anything who is an expert with numbers (Odds). You can use excel formula, you can use math, it doesnt matter what you usw. The main thing is that you find out the perfect way which i can use all the time. It means i should do always the same calculation to find out the identical line.
