Extract the BOQ "Excel" from fire fighting drawing "CAD"

I'm looking for someone to extract the bill of quantities (BOQ) from fire fighting drawings and calculations in Excel format. I currently have existing drawings which I need to extract the BOQ from, and calculations need to be included in the BOQ. The deliverable files required are Excel. I'm looking for someone who is experienced in working with these types of drawings and can effectively deliver the output Excel.
