Extract data from pdf file and organize in excel.

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me extract text and images from a PDF file that contains more than 50 pages and organize the data in an Excel file. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry and data organization. There are no specific formatting requirements for the Excel file, just organized data.
