Extract data in R

Looking for someone with expertise in R, to extract select data from an excel file. In column F, there are entries with multiple ChargingCodes.
Create a new column for ChargingCode, including separate columns for ApprovedAmount and another column for ChargedAmount.
So if there are 3 different ChargingCodes, create 3 different lines for the ID, including all the information like Request FY, Request Month, Request Quarter and Purchase Cost USD.
