Extract Name, mobile number, email id,city, state from attached excel data and provide count

I have 3 XLSX files of 1,00,000 database that I need extracted, sorted and organized. The main data points I require include Name, mobile number, email id, city, and state, and I would also like a count of these items. I need this data delivered to me in an Excel file.I require separate files for (mobile numbers+email) and (landline+email) numbers to be separated agent wise, city wise. However, I am open to suggestions on additional data points or ways of sorting and organizing the information if the freelancer has any ideas.
