Extract French/German sentences from photos into xls-table

I have about 500 pairs of French-German phrases that I would like to convert into a simple Excel-table with two columns - one column with the French sentence and the other column with the German translation. Each set is on a photo like the attached one (from Duo-Lingo). I would like to pay per photo that is converted into excel
