Extract Bank Statement information into a standard format - yearly contract

I have a number of bank statements which I would like reduced to XLS format on a regular basis each week for further analysis - attached is a sample file that needs extraction. Each week we would get another file like this on Monday and need to extract the last 7 days transactions by the Tuesday. The required output file is attached

**I'm looking for a quotation for how much you would charge PER YEAR if 7 days transactions were extracted EACH WEEK in that month**
