Exterior Measurement Take-Off Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need an exterior take-off for both residential and commercial structures on the same site, including a residential house and a shop.
As a metal siding and roofing company, we require the following measurements from an individual or company with construction knowledge and experience.
* Roofing - Area
* Roofing - Ridge/Valley Linear
* Fascia/Soffit - Linear
* Siding - Area
* Siding Corner Trim - Linear
* Window/Door Trim - Linear
I will provide a detailed PDF plan and an example list of the items that need to be quantified.
Deliverables should be in both PDF and Excel formats.
Ideal skills and experience:
* Experience with exterior measurement take-offs
* Familiarity with residential and commercial roofing and siding materials
* Proficiency in creating accurate PDFs and Excel spreadsheets
