Export Excel Offline to Online

Hello, i have an excel offline about the daily expenses for 2021, it has some macros which are not working when i try to export to online excel in google docs.

I need someone who can take this offline excel document, update to 2022 and export it with all the macros working good to a Online Excel on Google docs, also add some news categories!
