- Strong knowledge of staged financing and capitalization tables: Staged financing(Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A, Series B, Series C and IPO) , Convertible notes, SAFE, preferred stock, common stock, Capital table, valuation cap, ESOPs on firm valuation, and dilution of founders’ ownership over the time.
- Experience in creating educational videos or share the explanation in clear english verbally.
- Proficiency in Excel: Since the client has an excel file with the required data, the freelancer should be proficient in working with excel and utilizing its features to enhance the explanation.
