Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the entire project lifecycle from resource planning to allocation, supervision, and expense management.
- Create and enforce a comprehensive package of practices.
- Monitor and control expenses within the allocated budget, with regular reporting on all project metrics.
- Take proactive steps towards achieving the expected yield.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in orchard management or similar agricultural roles.
- In-depth knowledge of tropical and subtropical fruit cultivation.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with agricultural management software, particularly for budgeting and cost management.
