I am seeking a highly skilled automation expert (make.com) to streamline my business's collection process.
Key tasks to automate:
- Sending payment reminders
- Tracking customer responses and replying using AI
- Updating our Excel database
- Updating payment information in our Excel database that comes from images (such as confirmings or other bank documents)
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in business process automation, particularly in the collection domain. Proficiency in AI tools and Excel is a must (make.com preferable).
