Expert Excel VBA with Macros | Export Sheet to MySQL Table Macro

Need an expert that knows really well VBA Excel Macros to create one for copying a sheet to MySQL through ODBC connection. The macro will be assigned to a button on the sheet. I will provide the sheet and the MySQL table schema. The sheet contains about 9 columns. Prior to inserting the data on MySQL the VBA script will need to query the MySQL database for additional information for the transaction (insert). Need this done in 1-2 days.
