Expert Excel Dynamic Dropdowns Creation

I'm looking for a proficient Excel expert who can create dynamic dropdowns that will automatically populate client data across rows in relevant tabs based on a formula. We currently have a single workbook with 12 tabs, each corresponding to a month of the year. I would like a template workbook that can (with minimal editing) be used in future years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop dynamic dropdowns across the 12 tabs.
- Ensure these dropdowns are linked across the workbook to auto populate client details in subsequent relevant tabs as per selected service schedules.
Specifications:
- The service schedules follow varying intervals of 3/6/12/24 months.
- The focus is on tracking the next service due date and auto-populating clients' information across a new row in the corresponding month based on the selected drop-down.
