Experienced Excel Spreadsheet Creator

We are in need of an experienced Excel Spreadsheet Creator for a project that will last less than a month. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data entry, Microsoft Excel, problem-solving, and spreadsheet software.
The project requires the creation of a complex spreadsheet that will assist our team in tracking KPI's for ad spend. EXACT look and calculation will be provided to the right candidate. This job (if completed properly) has the potential to lead up to higher budget jobs ($500-$1000 USD). There will be 3 successful candidates and out of the 3 there will be one chosen to perform a higher budget task.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised and able to deliver the project within the stipulated time frame.
