Experienced VA Bookkeeping & Data Processing
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm looking to hire a data processor/bookkeeper for our team.
You'll be helping us in large data processing, entering and organizing information in sheets, sending reports by area of business, checking data for accuracy and performing other office administrative task, bookkeeping, the ability to enter information in our CRM, being able to write and communicate in English.
Requirements:
-Flawless english writing & communication skills
- Understanding bookkeeping and operational concepts from business
- Maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivables
- Accuracy in reporting financial situation of the company
-Comprehension of sales reports and forecasting resources
- Processing and organizing data into sheets with perfect detail, from operational and financial standpoint
-Advanced Excel and Office Word skills
Having past experience working in data processing or bookkeeping at multinationals (i.e. Amazon) is a bonus.
You need to be accurate, motivated, proactive, solution oriented and able to follow instructions.
This is a long-terms position and is intended to be full-time at 8 hours a day.
You need to be able to start immediately and work Monday-Friday, if you have some available hours to work on weekends that's a bonus.
Pay:
$3 per hour
Additional performance based bonuses will be paid at the end of every month.
