Expenses and income Sheet

Hello,
I am looking for somebody that can help me to to a Excel Project or something similar to control my expenses and Incomes for my Small Business.
Basically we need to have control from our the expenses we have with the invoice, amount, date and detail.
And the Income with the customer, date, amount and detail, and also invoice number if possible.
We use dollar and local currency, so we need to use the exchange value each day, and we need to get results in Costa Rica Colon and USD.
Also if possible performance graphs.
