Expenses

I need for my worksheet to pay dates based on a pay window on column G. use that window to determine the expenses that will be pulled in on column K. currently there are added empty cells that need to not be blank and need to be fluid and show the start date of a pay day as seen in H7 then the expenses and i need to add the "as of March 7,2025 and provide the sum of the first payday and the expenses. after the as of.. it will pull the next pay window being March 14, 2025 and subsequently the rest. adding all expenses based on the window in question on column F. please no BVA no Macros. simply use formulas and move things as needed.
