I'm in need of a comprehensive warehouse management system specifically tailored for handling materials required for exhibitions. This project does not involve the sale of materials, but rather focuses on managing various storage locations.
Key Requirements:
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for keeping a meticulous record of all materials, their respective storage locations, and their stock levels. It's essential that you can categorize inventory in a logical and efficient manner.
- QR Code Utilization: The system will require the ability to book and rebook materials using QR codes. This functionality will streamline the process and make it more efficient.
- Packing List Preparation: The system should have the capability to create prepared packing lists based on the inventory.
- User Interface: The system's user interface will be based on Excel VBA. You will need to be proficient in creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
- Database Management: An Access Database will be used in conjunction with Excel VBA. You should be skilled in using Access to manage and store data effectively.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Excel VBA and Access Database.
- Knowledge and experience with QR code scanning technology.
- Ability to create and manage packing lists.
- Fluent in German (preferred).
