Seeking an adept freelancer skilled in Excel, specifically with expertise in applying consistent formatting styles. The core task entails:
- Reformatting an existing Excel sheet with consistent styles
- This primarily includes modifying styles connected to alignment and text direction

Repair and structure an excel sheet . I need modifications to one that already exists. Under Pipeline tab I need drop down arrows for Columns of Sign: yes/no:
I would like to just fill in pipeline tab and have it auto fill in the yearly Pipeline Tab.
With yearly Pipeline tab I need same drop-down arrow boxes that are in the Pipeline tab:
