Excell commission report explaination
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
we are paid commission on sold energy contracts, we are trying to understand the calculations of the supplier and understand the deductions vs what is been paid to us. so is the supplier not paying us the commission even though the customer has paid the bill, are the deductions the supplier withholding payments?
We get our commission from the customer consumption for example ( customer 1) (Unit price uplift 2.5) ( Supply From 01/05/2023 ) - ( Supply To 31/05/2023 ) - ( Consumtion 474.6 ) - ( Amount Due 11.87 )
The formula to calculate our commission is { Consumtion / 100 * unit price uplift = our commission.
I have attached one of the spreadsheet with the numbers please check and let me know your thoghts.
As you an see in the spreadsheet there is a lot of minus so i dont understand what is going on.
