Excell Data manipulation
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have some intreval data that is currently structured in 1 hour intrevals. The works I need is as follows;
Change the data to 30 mintute intrevals, whilst allowing for the hourly number to be devided by 2.

The data is presented in an excel format. At times there is only data displayed from 6am to 10pm. I need the data presented on a 24 hours cycle over 30 min intrevals.
When applying for the project, please add in the timeframe you expect to complete this task, and send through an example of 1 week to show that you understand what is requiered.
