Excell Calculation Tab for Freight and Transportation Costs
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I´m looking for someone who can create for me an interactive excell-sheet which can calculate for me a price for products which we are importing from foreign country´s.
Actually we are struggeling with calcualting the real price per item after the product arrived the destination. So Freight Costs, Shipments from A to B, Road Transportation and other fee´s need to be calcualted in details and than be spreaded on each product but under consideration of the fact, that some products are bigger (higher load volume) than others. Also there must be the consideration, that the prices for Air Freight are charged by weight and volume but the seafreight is only by volume.
Additionally we need the sheet to be spreadable. Here some examples.
Example 1: We place a big order but we will ship it in 4 different parts since we need some goods earlyer and some can be later since we order in advance. Since its splitted in 4 delivery´s. 1 will and 2 will be by Airfreight. The 3rd one will be done by Rail and the last one by Ship (Small Amount). I need now a calculation, how much costs each product caused by each transportation.
Example 2: We have a big pre order from china by container. The order will be send all at once, the weight doesnt bother anyone anymore since the container will be fully charterd. So we a 20 foot or 40 foot container, has always the same amount of volume (length x depth x hight) Our products also have volume, every single resell set has volume. I need to calculate in detail, how much of the costs for the container has been caused by each single product which is inside the container to define a covering price in order to the ROI.
