Excel, write to Embeded Word Document and save to PDF

Im looking for someone to help with a proof of concept, i have an Excel with a word document embedded. what i need is for the word to be linked to the excel Cell, or to have some VBA to write to the embedded file. the word document is a template that i want to print to pdf later on, but one piece at a time, the writting to the file needs to happen :)
