Excel workbook improvements
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I built an Excel spreadsheet for a real estate business and there are several things I'd like to accomplish.
1) I believe the financials and formulas are correct, but I'd like them to be validated.
2) I'd like the Cash Flow Earnings worksheet to be more robust. Benchmarks for each individual investment, and for the full term of the 68 week investment period should include:
a)Cash on Cash/ROI (dollar return and percentage)
b) NPV
c) IRR
d) MIRR
e) COCA (Cost of Customer Acquisition) per unit and for the full investment term.
f) TVPI (Total Value Paid In)
g) DPI (Distributions to Paid In)
h) ROI (Return On Investment) each investment property and the full term of investing.
Finally, I'd like the workbook to have a more professional look. Originally I color coded the two types of investments to blue and yellow, and used green to identify financial returns.
