Excel workbook to automatically track horse racing results

I am looking for an estimate to create an excel workbook that will track horse racing results against a group of peoples predictions made prior to the race. It should be a points based system - 3 points for a win, 2 for second and 1 for third. If there are more than, say, 20 runners in a race a further 1 point for forth place. After the days racing is over the points are totalled and the winner is the person with the most points.
