Excel work for data entry

What we key is on the right, when it is keyed, I need what's on the left to appear in columns A, B, C, and D. This is to speed up data entry. F is a function or tab key, Notice i am hitting X key after price, which moves the cursor to cell D, but when I'm in cell D, it stays in that cell until I hit the = key. Notice also, that in the second line, the Area and department autofilled with the data from line one, since we didn't enter any data for that. So the cursor returns to C (or price) then I can hit function once to get back to Department or twice to get back to Area.
