Excel to word

I have some Excel BO reports. I need to transfer some cell values from these Excel Workbooks to a Word template om a regular basis. Some values from the Excel workbook will be ranged. I has to be very user friendly and I also have to have understanding of the process so I can update the transfer if/when the BO reports updates on a regular basis. Had it working 80% some months ago but not user friendly and some smal hick ups.
