Excel vba sub optimization

The task is to optimize an excel spreadsheet that is used for budgeting. The file contains a simple vba code that reverses a cross reference table data to a flat table. The code works but extremely slow. The initial objective is optimize the code in order to not take longer than 2 minutes to process 1500 registers
