Excel values in auto generated word (and pdf) with macro.

I have an excel table and a word document.
I'm Italian so my files contains words in italian language.
I want the contents of some cells to be copied into a new word file based on my template and automatically this word file is also exported to pdf.
This has to work row by row. I mean that in sheet 1 of Excel there must be a button that brings up a window that allows you to choose for which "surname" (column 2) the word files and the pdf file should be generated.
In the table I colored the column headings relating to the cells that must appear in the word file yellow. I also added comments in the columns to indicate which placeholder they refer to
There is also a particular thing that I have indicated in the table by coloring the name of column S red: if the value of the cell is "avvio" or "avvio in nuova azienda", in the word file, corresponding to the placeholder "#avvio/proroga" the word "inizierà" must appear. If the cell value is "proroga" "proseguirà" must appear in the "#avvio/proroga" placeholder.
As you can see from the attached Excel file I have already tried to write a macro which unfortunately doesn't work. This is why I ask for help to modify or rewrite my macro in order to achieve my goals.
