Excel template for creating, tracking and reconciling purchase orders.

I am looking for someone with experience in Microsoft Excel to create a template for creating, tracking and reconciling purchase orders. Specifically, I need a template featuring purchase order creation, tracking and reconciliation. I have a sample template with the format I would like, but I'm open to ideas and improvements. I would also like the template to include additional features such as automation and data analysis tools. If you have experience creating Excel templates, please let me know!
