Excel stress and strain graph

I am looking for someone to create an Excel stress and strain graph with both experimental and theoretical data. This graph should be embedded in Excel, not exported as an image or PDF. It is not necessary for the graph to be interactive. The project needs to be completed in timely manner and the data provided should be accurate. Any solution should be easy to use and maintain. The graph should also display the exact data points provided and must adhere to current Excel standards.
