Excel spreadsheet specialist

I have a spreadsheet that I’m trying to combine a number of details for my cleaning company.
1. workers as individuals
2. Workers in teams
3. Bed and bath cleaning rate
4. Days of the week
5. Number of jobs
6 price per job that is either divided between the team or given to individual
I would like to add a drop down menu for the teams and individuals depending on if they work together and have a set populated into the week availability chart so I can know how much I need to pay each individual cleaner.
