Excel spreadsheet merge

Hi,
I am looking for an expert in Microsoft Excel who can reconfigure fields in a spreadsheet of 36,000 entries using a formula (not manually).
The list is currently sorted to have an entry with a name, school and then subject. An individual may have multiple subjects that they have completed below their name and school from a separate entry. If they do multiple subjects, I would the subject to be featured in the next field of an entry....For ease of explaining, I have provided a sample of the work.
