Excel spreadsheet improvement

I am looking for a freelancer to improve my Excel spreadsheet by focusing on data analysis and visualization.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques
- Experience in creating visually appealing charts and graphs to present data
- Familiarity with Excel macros and automation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to format and design spreadsheets effectively
Specific Requirements:
- Improve the overall design and formatting of the spreadsheet
- Analyze and visualize the data effectively to provide insights and make it easier to understand
- Develop macros based on my general idea, but also provide advice and suggestions for additional functions
- The spreadsheet consists of 2-5 sheets, so experience working with multiple sheets is required
