Excel spreadsheet improvement

I have an excel based project which has been started but needs competing. The spreadsheet is used to record aircraft maintenance progress and inspections. It’s a management aid and should include dashboard input and outputs.

I would welcome any ideas on improvement and need to be able to deep dive on data and text entries. Full documentation would be required too.
